This website, lunetoria.com, is operated by Lunetoria ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products and pricing

We make every effort to show our products, colors and sizes accurately, but your screen may vary. All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product was listed at an incorrect price or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Your order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping, our 100-night sleep trial, returns and refunds are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Our pillows are covered by a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, described on our Warranty page.

Use of the site

You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to copy our content. All text, images, logos and designs on this site belong to Lunetoria or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

Reviews and submissions

If you send us reviews, comments or ideas, you allow us to use them without obligation to you. You are responsible for anything you submit and it must not be unlawful or misleading.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunetoria is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
