Every Lunetoria pillow is covered by a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting on the date of delivery.
What is covered
- Seams that come apart under normal use
- A broken or faulty zipper
- Defects in the cover fabric
What is not covered
- Normal wear and natural softening over time
- Stains, spills, burns or damage from misuse or accidents
- Damage caused by machine washing or tumble drying the inner pillow, which should be spot cleaned only
How to make a claim
Email contact@lunetoria.com with your order number, a short description of the issue and photos. If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the item.
