All Lunetoria orders ship from our warehouse in Texas, USA.

Shipping rates and delivery times

• United States: free shipping on every order. Delivery in 4 to 7 business days.
• Europe (EU, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway): $29.99 USD per order. Delivery in 7 to 14 business days.

We currently ship only to the destinations listed above. Delivery times are estimates from the day your order ships.

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the product price or the shipping cost and are paid by the recipient.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
