How do I adjust the height?
Open the inner zipper and add or remove a little filling at a time. Zip it closed, fluff it, and try it for a night. Small changes make a big difference.
Which size should I choose?
Queen is 17" x 27" (43 x 69 cm) and fits standard and queen pillowcases. King is 17" x 33" (43 x 84 cm) and suits king beds or anyone who moves around at night.
What is it made of?
The fill is shredded memory foam blended with polyester fiber. The cover is a 350gsm cooling fabric on both sides with a quilted finish.
Is extra filling included?
Yes. Every pillow comes with extra filling so you can make it higher if you need to.
Why does my pillow arrive rolled up?
It is compressed for shipping. Give it a good fluff and allow up to 24 hours for it to fully expand.
Care
Can I wash it?
The cover is machine washable: cold with similar colors, mild detergent, tumble dry low, no bleach, no iron. The inner pillow should not be machine washed or tumble dried. Spot clean it with mild soap and a damp cloth, then let it air dry completely.

How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. US delivery usually takes 4 to 7 business days and Europe 7 to 14.

How does the 100-night sleep trial work?

Is there a warranty?
Yes, every pillow has a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. See Warranty.
